Orders are shipped from Kløvhøjvej 24, DK-Grenaa but there is no storefront--we are strictly a web-based store.
At Speedyneedle.dk your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it--in new condition (not laundered or used in any other way)-- for store credit or full refund, not including shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please call 0045 86332233 or e-mail for return authorization.

International customers - shipping: Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Worried about shipping costs? Since the shopping cart calculation is an inexact science, we check each order to make sure that the shipping charge is accurate. Most of time the charge is corrected downwards (never upwards!). FACT: The smaller the order, the more "off" the shipping charge calculation can be, so please don't panic if you see a high shipping charge for 2 skeins of yarn! It will probably be several DKK less than quoted in the shopping cart. I use Post Danmark and I will always get you the lowest possible rate for shipping. If you are concerned about a shipping cost, please e-mail me for an estimate!
All orders are subject to availability. Yarns come and go quickly, and we try to update the website as often as we can. Should an item be sould out we will send you an e-mail to let you know if it is sold out and won´t come back in stock or when it will be expected back in stock.
Privacy policy: We will not share ANY of your personal information with ANYONE. It is strictly for use in processing your orders at www.Speedyneedle.dk and will never be sold, shared or distributed to any other party.
